CITY ENGINEERING COLLEGE (CEC) The emblem of City Engineering College (CEC) features a traditional lamp placed on an open book supported by an orange banner inscribed with its motto ‘Let There Be Light to Learn’. These elements are ensconced by a green circular border inscribed with the name of the college and its place. The circle is supported by a pair of green laurels. The lamp symbolises light, illumination, awakening, devotion, purity, guidance, protection, hope and prosperity; the book refers to knowledge, education, learning and wisdom; the laurels are symbols of ceremonies, victory, achievement, hard work and dedication.

COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING CHENGANNUR (CEC) The emblem of College of Engineering Chengannur (CEC) features a pair of elephants holding a torch with flame, supporting a computer and a microprocessor referring to engineering education; with a pair of open books placed on top left and right referring to education and knowledge. The motifs are supported by a banner inscribed with ‘Electronics’ and another banner inscribed with its motto ‘Manpower Development’. This assemblage is ensconced by a gearwheel and superscribed with an atomic structure. These are ensconced by its name and a pair of laurels. The atomic structure refers to the science of engineering; the gearwheel refers to interconnectedness, efficiency, precision, progress, advancement, synchronisation, timing, order and structure; the laurels are symbols of ceremonies, victory, achievement, hard work and dedication; and the elephants represent the State of Kerala.

CONSORTIUM FOR EDUCATIONAL COMMUNICATION The Consortium for Educational Communication (CEC), formed in 1956, is one of the commissions of India, which has been established with the objective to deal with the need of higher education through the medium of television, along with appropriate use of the information and communications technology (ICT). CEC aims to coordinate, determine and maintain standards of university education. The motto of CEC is 'ज्ञान विज्ञानं विमुक्तये', which means knowledge liberates. The CEC logo is a brand mark logo consisting of several graphics tied together tightly.
