KRISHNA VISHWA VIDYAPEETH The seal of Krishna Vishwa Vidyapeeth (KVV) is a blue shield white border lines and motifs in white. The shield houses the motifs of a Staff of Hermes with a pair of entwined serpents and wings supported by an open book at the bottom and a pair of laurels on sides. Its acronym and three stars are placed at the bottom. The Staff of Hermes or Caduceus represents medicine and medical profession; the open book denotes learning, education, knowledge and wisdom; the laurels denote ceremonies, victory, achievement, hard work and dedication; the shield symbolises protection, courage, heritage, authority and bravery; the three stars denote perfect harmony among all things in life, with its points providing insight into how we can strive towards achieving this goal and the colour blue represents serenity, calmness, trust, spirituality, calmness, wisdom, freedom, openness, intelligence and loyalty.
