SWAMI VIVEKANANDA YOGA ANUSANDHANA SAMSTHANA
SWAMI VIVEKANANDA YOGA ANUSANDHANA SAMSTHANA VYASA, is a charitable society registered in 1986 in Nagercoil, Tamilnadu as Vivekananda Yoga Anusandhana Samsthana. The Society established the Swami Vivekananda Yoga Anusandhana Samsthana (S-VYASA), is a higher education institute deemed to be a university located in Bangalore, India. The insignia of the university in the tones of red has an oval portrait of Swami Vivekananda with his signature. Its name in English and Devanagari circumscribes the portrait at the top and a swoosh bearing its motto ‘Be and Make’ circumscribes the bottom. At each end of the swoosh an open book is placed symbolising knowledge and wisdom. The colour red signifies passion, power, strength, courage, determination, energy and celebration.
