CENTRAL POLLUTION CONTROL BOARD The cyan-coloured circular seal of the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) has a globe with earth, ocean and atmosphere circumscribed by its motto in Devanagari ‘स्वच्छ पर्यावरण के लिये प्रतिबन्द्द’ and English ‘In Pursuit of Clean Environment’. Below the motif its initials are written in sans serif extra bold capitals. The cyan colour denotes sky, hope and spring, peace, tranquillity, calmness, relaxation and emotional balance.
