The colours red symbolises passion, power, strength, courage, determination, energy and celebration; the colour blue symbolises serenity, calmness, trust, spirituality, calmness, wisdom, freedom, openness, intelligence and loyalty; the shield denotes protection, courage, heritage, authority and bravery; the sun symbolises life, energy, power, positivity, illumination, light and clarity and the open book denotes knowledge, education, learning and wisdom.
