CENTRAL INSTITUTE FOR RESEARCH ON GOATS The blue colour emblem of Central Institute for Research on Goats (CIRG) is pictorial in which a goat with horns is depicted in abstract form. Its acronym ‘CIRG’ forms the crest of the pictorial and its Devanagari acronym supports it. A motif of sun is placed in the centre of the logo denoting light, universal prosperity and path for growth.
