COMPOSITE REGIONAL CENTRE FOR SKILL DEVELOPMENT, REHABILITATION & EMPOWERMENT OF PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES The yellow, orange and brown coloured insignia of Composite Regional Centre for Skill Development, Rehabilitation & Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities (CRC) has a tree with leaves of different shades of yellow and brown referring to different types of disabilities and their empowerment. The motif is supported by its tagline ‘स्वावलंबन’ and ‘Swavlamban’ meaning ‘Self-reliance’.
