UNIFIED MOBILE APPLICATION FOR NEW-AGE GOVERNANCE

UNIFIED MOBILE APPLICATION FOR NEW-AGE GOVERNANCE UMANG (Unified Mobile Application for New-age Governance) is developed by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) and National e-Governance Division (NeGD) to drive Mobile Governance in India. UMANG provides a single platform to access major pan India e-Gov services from Central and State Government Departments and also Utility Bill payment services. This application serves as a unified platform providing access to more than one thousand and two hundred central and state government services such as AADHAR, DigiLocker, PAN, CBSE, tax and fee or utility bill payments, e-District and passport. The services are available in multiple Indian languages. The app was launched on November 23, 2017. The orange and blue colour logo of UMANG has an index finger touching blue colour mobile phone and its acronym written at the bottom using a round ended medium sans serif font.

NATIONAL ACADEMIC DEPOSITORY The vision of National Academic Depository (NAD) is born out of an initiative to provide an online store house of all academic awards. National Academic Depository (NAD) is a 24X7 online store house of all academic awards viz.certificates, diplomas, degrees, mark-sheets etc. duly digitised and lodged by academic institutions, boards and other eligibility assessment bodies. NAD not only ensures easy access to and retrieval of an academic award but also validates and guarantees its authenticity and safe storage. DigiLocker is a flagship initiative of the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) under the Digital India programme. The logo of NAD has a motif supported by its name and tagline. The motif has a scroll of honour or a purple certificate rolled and tied by a ribbon gets transformed digitally through orange pixel squares. Its name is written below in orange sans serif condensed font and its tagline ‘Transparency &

CENTRE FOR DEVELOPMENT OF ADVANCED COMPUTING

CENTRE FOR DEVELOPMENT OF ADVANCED COMPUTING An autonomous scientific society of the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), of the Government of India. Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC) has been progressing ahead with the visualisation to emerge as a premier research and development organisation for the design, development and deployment of world class electronics and IT solutions for economic and human advancement. C-DAC primarily works to strengthen the national technological capabilities. The blue C-DAC logo is a bilingual word mark logo with the use of the Devanagari font. This minimalistic logo evokes both tech-related and specific connotations.

DIGILOCKER

DIGILOCKER DigiLocker is an online service provided by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), Government of India under its Digital India initiative. DigiLocker provides an account in cloud to every Indian citizen to access authentic documents and certificates such as driving licence, vehicle registration, academic mark list in digital format from the original issuers of these certificates. It also provides one GB storage space to each account to upload scanned copies of legacy documents. Its emblem in purple colour has a cloud with a keyhole with a background of a document. Its name is written alongside and its tag line is written below the name.

NATIONAL INFORMATICS CENTRE SERVICES INC.

NATIONAL INFORMATICS CENTRE SERVICES INC. National Informatics Centre Services Inc. (NSCSI) was incorporated in 1995 as Section-25 (now Section-8 under Companies Act 2013) company under National Informatics Centre, Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, Government of India for providing and procuring IT solutions for multiple e-governance projects undertaken by NIC, MeiTy, governments and government organisations (like Public Sector Undertakings). Its emblem is derived from the emblem of NIC by adding SI in the form of reverse lettering in blue.

INDIAAI

INDIAAI Artificial Intelligence technologies are on course to become the most powerful agents of transformation in human history. For India, the fourth-largest economy in the world and a young nation, it is imperative to be prepared to answer the challenges of AI and to leverage it to solve social problems, in building towards greater economic prosperity. INDIAai (The National AI Portal of India), a joint venture by MEITY, NEGD and NASSCOM, has been set up to prepare the nation for an AI future. It is the single central knowledge hub on artificial intelligence and allied fields for aspiring entrepreneurs, students, professionals, academics and everyone else. The logo of INDIAai has its name written in black and orange overlapped by a network looking like a human with different types of nodes (seven nodes) in six directions symbolising the use and connectivity which artificial intelligence can facilitate. Below this, the names of the sponsoring this initiative are written.

MEITY STARTUP HUB

MEITY STARTUP HUB India is home to one of the most vibrant startup ecosystems with close to 8000 tech startups, making it the second largest startup ecosystem in the world. The Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) is leading and facilitating a gamut of Innovation and IPR related activities across the country towards expansion of this ecosystem. In order to facilitate MeitY’s vision of promoting technology innovation, start-ups and creation of Intellectual Properties, a nodal entity called ‘MeitY Start-up Hub’ (MSH) has been set up under its aegis. The logo in the colours of the Indian national flag has icons of two persons in orange and green collaborating in a huddle. It is supported by the name of the project placed below this pictorial.
