NATIONAL COMMISSION FOR SCHEDULED TRIBES The emblem of National Commission for Scheduled Tribes (NCST) has a green circle housing the motifs of Ashoka Lion Head, the National Emblem supported by its acronym in blue and a human trio with raised hands. All these are ensconced by its name and three stars in orange colour. The colours used are National Tricolour and green represents nature, growth, balance, harmony, environment, prosperity, vitality and prestige.
