POLAVARAM PROJECT AUTHORITY The circular emblem of Polavaram Project Authority (PPA) has a water dam, a pair of power transmission towers and a crest of cereals placed inside a circle and ensconced by a white and green circular borders bearing its name and ownership respectively. Below the circular motif, on a blue banner its initials are written in Devanagari and English.
