CENTRAL COUNCIL FOR RESEARCH IN YOGA AND NATUROPATHY The green and yellow emblem of Central Council for Research in Yoga and Naturopathy (CCRYN) has a motif of a yogi seated on a lotus with glowing sun behind the head. Its motto in Sanskrit ‘मृत्योर्माऽमृतं गमय’ (1.3.28, Brihadaranyaka Upanishad) meaning ‘Lead me from Death to Immortality’ surmounts the yogi. A circle with green outline ensconces the motifs and yogi. The lotus refers to purity, rebirth, enlightenment, transformation, personal growth, resilience, overcoming obstacles and divine beauty and the sun refers to life, energy, power, positivity, illumination, light and clarity.
