PRAGYAN INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY The emblem of Pragyan International University (PIU) has a motif of a flower in blue and red with the red petal depicted like an enthusiastic scholar with a mortarboard hat. This is surmounted by the glowing rays of the rising sun. All these motifs are ensconced in a brown circular border, which carries its motto ‘Education Empowerment Enlightenment’. This is further circumscribed by another brown border which carries the name of the university and has a pair of laurels. This seal is further supported by a multi-pointed star. The flower motif and the scholar with mortarboard hat signifies education, learning, wisdom, educational achievement, equality, tradition and rights of passage. PLASTINDIA INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY Plastindia International University (PIU) is located in Dunga, Vapi, Gujarat, India. It is an industry specific university dedicated to plastics. It was founded in 2016 and is recognized by the University Grants Commission. Its emblem is developed from that of the Plastindia Foundation with a pictorial of multi coloured molten plastic flowing down, which is supported by a pair of laurels on both sides, its name written below and has stripes of Indian national colours at the bottom.
