NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF WIND ENERGY The circular seal of National Institute of Wind Energy (NIWE) has a power symbol in yellow ochre colour supporting a cyan dot, which also represents windmill and generation of power. These are supported by four sets of concentric circular strokes in cyan. Its name is written in Devanagari and in English. All these are ensconced by a cyan circle. On a panel below the circle its acronym is written in Devanagari and English. The colour cyan represents sky, hope and spring, peace, tranquillity, calmness, relaxation and balance.
