NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF SOWA RIGPA The circular seal of National Institute of Sowa Rigpa (NISR) has a blue colour vase of flowers referring to purity, impermanence, cycles of life, serenity and peace is placed on a circle divided into white, blue, yellow, green and red pies representing the scope, variety and nature of illnesses and cure. A motif of a laboratory flask is placed above the vase. The circle is ensconced by a cyan circular border on which the name of the Institute is written in Tibetan, Devanagari and English.
