MAHARASHTRA POLLUTION CONTROL BOARD The circular blue colour emblem of Maharashtra Pollution Control Board (MPCB) has a globe referring to earth with layers of atmosphere, water and the soil with ‘Maharashtra’ written in between. The colour blue symbolises all the elements of nature, serenity, calmness, trust, spirituality, calmness, wisdom, freedom, openness, intelligence and loyalty.
