BIR TIKENDRAJIT UNIVERSITY Bir Tikendrajit University (BTU) was established through the Manipur Government Act No. 9 of 2020 and recognised under Section 2(f) of UGC Act 1956. The emblem of the university has a lamp and lotus six petals placed on a motif of sun and three circular swooshes of blue and orange colours surmounted by the name of the university in red. The lamp signifies symbolises light, illumination, awakening, devotion, purity, guidance, protection, hope and prosperity; the lotus signifies purity, enlightenment, rebirth, transformation, personal growth, resilience, overcoming obstacles and divine beauty; the sun signifies life, energy, power, positivity, illumination, light and clarity; the colour blue signifies serenity, calmness, trust, spirituality, calmness, wisdom, freedom, openness, intelligence and loyalty and the colour orange signifies energy, vitality, creativity, inspiration, joy and happiness.

BIKANER TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY Bikaner Technical University (BTU) was established by University of Bikaner Act ,2017 (Act No .29 of 2017) in Bikaner. The emblem of the university has its acronym as a monogram in cyan, brown and red colours. The colour brown of ‘b’ represents nature and being down to earth, strength and reliability; The top counter of ‘T’ has a rising sun indicating that the university intents to spread the light of engineering education and technology; the letter ‘U’ in red symbolises magnet, energy, passion, desire, and determination; the horizontal stroke of ‘T’ turns towards bottom denoting pumping of water and the colour cyan represents the calm sea and the clear sky, serenity, calmness and clarity. The counter of ‘b’ houses the image of Shree Karni Mata who laid the foundation stone of Garh Palace, with whose blessings Rao Bika established the city of Bikaner in 1488.
