ICAR-CENTRAL INSTITUTE OF COTTON RESEARCH The greyish brown circular emblem of ICAR-Central Institute of Cotton Research (CICR) has a pod of cotton placed inside a semi circular gear wheel and supported by a pair of cones of cotton thread, all symbolising cotton, its production and processing. All these motifs are ensconced by a circular border, on which its name and place are inscribed.
