NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF FOOD TECHNOLOGY, ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND MANAGEMENT, THANJAVUR The circular seal of National Institute of Food Technology, Entrepreneurship and Management, Thanjavur (NIFTEM-T) has a monogram of ‘NIFTEMT’ supporting a human  with a mortarboard hat with a halo of thirteen leaves, which also form a banyan tree. Below the motif, its acronym is written alongwith the place. Its old emblem is placed within the human motif. These are ensconced by a blue circular border, which bears the name of the Institute in Devanagari and English.
