POTTI SREERAMULU TELUGU UNIVERSITY The seal of Potti Sreeramulu Telugu University (PSTU) has a lotus holding a ‘Poorna Kumbha’ with all its embellishments of a coconut and mango leaves placed over the glowing sun. These are ensconced by a circular border in yellow which carries the name of the university in Telugu and English. This assembl;age is placed on the tail of a seven headed serpent with a snake-stone (nagamani) above its hood. This emblem is surmounted by a banner, which bears the motto of the university in Telugu ‘భాషలందు తెలుగు లెస్స’ (Krishna Deva Raya, (Lord Ranganayaka) Amuktamalyada) meaning ‘Of All the Languages in the Country Telugu is the Best’.
