PRATHAMA UP GRAMIN BANK Prathama U.P. Gramin Bank (PUPGB), sponsored by Punjab National Bank, came into existence by amalgamation of two RRBs namely Sarva UP Gramin bank Meerut, Prathama Gramin Bank Moradabad on February 22, 2019. The bank has its head office in Moradabad. The emblem of the bank has a motif of three leaf like designs in yellow inscribed with ‘P’, ‘UP’ and ‘B’ - the bank's acronym on the leaves. This is supported by a pair of crowns of wheat in yellow colour with their stem crossed. All these are supported by a green oval background. Its motto is written in Devanagari ‘ग्रामीण विकास हमारी प्रतिबद्धता’ on top and in English ‘Committed To Rural Development’ at the bottom of the red border surrounding the emblem separated by yellow dots. Green denotes hope, freedom, agriculture, nature and fertility and yellow denotes happiness, energy, vitality, focus and creativity.
