NAINITAL BANK LIMITED The Nainital Bank Limited was established in the year 1922 by Bharat Ratna Pt. Govind Ballabh Pant and few other prominent personalities of Nainital with the objective to cater banking needs of the people of the region. At present Bank of Baroda holds 98.57 percent share holding in Nainital Bank Limited and remaining 1.43 percent shares are held by the public. The bank’s emblem is a stylized representation of the Himalayas, with the snow-capped peaks representing the bank's strength and stability in the background and a sailboat on a Naini lake in the foreground, symbolising the bank's connection to its roots and the region it serves. The reddish brown colour of the emblem represents trust and reliability, while the white colour represents integrity and excellence. BARODA RAJASTHAN KSHETRIYA GRAMIN BANK Baroda Rajasthan Kshetriya Gramin Bank (BRKGB) is sponsored by Bank of Baroda, was established on January 1, 2013, by amalgamating Baroda Rajasthan Gramin Bank, Hadoti Gramin Bank and Rajasthan Gramin Bank. The emblem of the bank is a composite symbol comprising dual 'B' letterforms that hold the rays of the rising sun. This is the Baroda Sun and it represents the Sponsor Bank – Bank of Baroda. The twin green leaf twigs encircling the Baroda Sun depicts our commitment to protect 'rays of hope' of rural people by contributing to socio-economic development of rural India. The Baroda Sun is placed inside a grey gear wheel denoting the bank's stakeholders from the industry. At the bottom the name of the bank is written in Devanagari.
