YENOPOYA In 1991, the Islamic Academy of Education (IAE), a not for profit trust committed to the upliftment of minorities in general and Muslims in particular, was established by entrepreneur Mr. Yenepoya Abdulla Kunhi. IAE formed a new trust and establiehed Yenopya Deemed to be University in 2008. The Yenepoya University emblem reflects the rich ideals and the core values upon which the very foundations have been built. The colours on the shield are a salutation to the three key facets of the university - the mentor, the materials and the medium - through which this increase takes place and are also representative of them.
