PURBA BHARATI GAS PVT. LTD. Purba Bharati Gas Pvt. Ltd., a joint venture company of Assam Gas Company Limited, OIL India Limited and GAIL Gas Limited was incorporated in November 19, 2019 as a City Gas Distribution (CGD) Company for distribution of Piped Natural Gas (PNG) to Domestic, commercial and industrial sectors and distribution and marketing of CNG in the state of Assam. Its logo is a wordmark with bold sans serif font of its acronym in green colour symbolising green energy. Atop ‘P’ a flame is shown, representing its product’s end use as a fuel. These are supported by three parallel lines in green symbolising the pipelines of gas.
