RAJAPUR URBAN CO-OPERATIVE BANK The circular emblem of Rajapur Urban Co-operative Bank has a one rupee coin placed inside a gear wheel which is ensconced by a four petalled flower holding the motifs of jewelleries, house, a two-pan beam balance and a car. This is circumscribed by an orange circular border bearing the name of the bank in Devanagari and its tagline in Marathi ‘सहकारे वसते लक्ष्मी’ meaning ‘Lakshmi Resides in Cooperation’. The coin refers to money and banking and the gear wheel refers to interconnectedness, efficiency, precision, progress, timing, advancement, synchronisation, order and structure; the jewellery refers to the financing against gold jewellery provided by the bank; the house refers to the home loans; the car refers to car loans and the balance refers to fairness, evenness and being just.
