NATIONAL COOPERATIVE EXPORTS LIMITED The circular seal of National Cooperative Exports Limited (NCEL) has a peacock placed on a globe of the world and ensconced by national triciolour border  on which its motto ‘सदैव सहकार’ meaning ‘Always Cooperative’ is inscribed. Five human heads surmounts the border. Its name is written in Devanagari and ENglish around the seal. The peacock symbolises regrowth, rejuvenation, royalty, respect, honour, integrity, beauty, love and passion and the globe refers to its global market and global ambitions.
