BINOD BIHARI MAHTO KOYALANCHAL UNIVERSITY The emblem of Binod Bihari Mahto Koyalanchal University (BBMKU) has a 34 pointed golden star on which the emblem is designed with three layers. NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF TECHNICAL TEACHERS TRAINING AND RESEARCH, CHENNAI National Institute of Technical Teachers Training and Research (NITTTR) Chennai was established as an autonomous institute by the Ministry of Education (MoE), Government of India in the year 1964 to improve the quality of technical education system in India and in the southern region in particular. Within this mandate, the institute takes initiatives to offer need based human resource development programmes through appropriate modes and develop curricula and instructional resources. Its emblem has an indigo coloured shield with three lamps supported by three white lines. Below this a rocket, a teacher with ‘TECHNICAL TEACHER TRAINING’ written on a board and computer with antenna receiver are placed. On the right corner of the shield its acronym ‘NITTTR Chennai’ is written. Below the shield on a brown banner ‘PROMOTING EXCELLENCE IN TECHNICAL EDUCATION’ is written in white.

INTERGLOBE AVIATION LIMITED IndiGo is India’s largest passenger airline with a large market share. Its logo in indigo colour has its brand name IndiGo and an emblem - a plane made with 20 dots. The word mark has capital 'I' and 'G'; the 'n' and 'd' have uniquely curved ascenders and the typeface used is clean and rounded sans serif with even stroke thickness.

9 INFANTRY DIVISION

9 INFANTRY DIVISION The 9 Infantry Division was formed on September 15, 1940 at Quetta, India before being transferred to Malaya. This is also known as ‘Pine Division’ which forms its formation badge. On September 15, 1940 the three original brigades of the division were the 15th, 20th, and 21st Indian Infantry Brigades. The 3/17th Dogra Regiment from the 9th Division was the first British Commonwealth Army unit to see action against the Japanese at the Battle of Kota Bharu on December 08, 1941. The 9th Indian Division fought a relatively successful defensive retreat down Malaya's east coast until the 22nd Brigade was cut off from the rest of the division at a demolished railway bridge near the village of Layang Layang in the state of Johore. Major-General Barstow was killed crossing the bridge, while attempting to contact the brigade. The 22nd Brigade was destroyed whilst trying to find another way to Singapore. SPICES BOARD The Spices Board was constituted as a Statutory Body on  February 26, 1987 under Section (3) of the Spices Board Act, 1986. The Board is headed by a chairman with its head office at Kochi and is responsible for the development of cardamom industry and promoting the export of all the fifty-seven spices listed in the Spices Board Act, 1986. Its indigo coloured logo has a ship with its sails on water in a circle within which its name in English is written and below the ship ‘INDIA’ is written. Below the circle the name of he Board and ‘Bharat’ are written in Devanagari.
