RADHA GOVIND UNIVERSITY Radha Govind University (RGU) is a private university located in Lalki Ghati of Ramgarh district on a thirty three acres campus in Jharkhand. RGSST was established on August 19, 2013. The emblem of the university has a shield divided into four quadrants. One quadrant has the motif of Staff of Hermes with a pair of serpents entwined and wings representing medicine and medical profession; the other quadrant has an open book, a bottle of ink and pen symbolising knowledge, education and wisdom; the third has a torch symbolising emblem of enlightenment, hope, life, truth and the regenerative power and the fourth quadrant with laboratory apparatus denoting science and research. The shield has green borders. Below the shield its motto in Sanskrit ‘सर्वेशां पूर्णं भवतु’ (Shanti Mantra, Brihandaranyaka Upanishad) meaning ‘May there be Fulfilment in All’ is written . All these are supported by a pair of hands and ensconced by a circular border, which bears the name

RAJIV GANDHI UNIVERSITY Rajiv Gandhi University (formerly Arunachal University) is the premier institution for higher education in the state of Arunachal Pradesh and has completed twenty five years of its existence. The university was converted into a Central University from April 9, 2007. Its predominantly blue circular emblem has yellow details and a red banner. It has a Buddhist stupa supported by Buddhist symbols; crescent moon, traditional lamp, sun and a book. This is supported by a red banner on which its motto in Sanskrit ‘विद्ययाऽमृतमश्नुते’ meaning ‘Knowledge Imparts Mortality’ is written. All these are surrounded by a circular border which bears the name on top and a pair of laurels on bottom.
