GREEN GAS LIMITED Green Gas Limited is a Joint Venture of GAIL (India) Ltd. and Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. incorporated on October 7, 2005 as a limited company under the Companies Act, 1956 with the objective of taking up City Gas Distribution. Its business segments are transport CNG, domestic PNG, industrial PNG and commercial PNG. Its logo has a greenish yellow leaf of chinar tree placed diagonally and supported by its name in green.

GAIL (INDIA) LIMITED Formerly known as Gas Authority of India Ltd, Gail (India) Limited (GAIL) was incorporated in August 1984 as a Central Public Sector Undertaking (PSU) under the Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas (MoP&NG). The organisation has a vast area of work ranging from natural gas, liquid hydrocarbon, liquefied petroleum gas transmission, petrochemical, city gas distribution, exploration and production, to GAILTEL and electricity generation. GAIL was honoured with the Maharatna status on February 1, 2013 by the Government of India. The logo of GAIL created from its acronym GAIL i.e., ‘G’, alongwith ‘गेल’ written using Devanagari script at the top and GAIL in English written at the bottom. The logo has been designed using the shades of red, yellow and black.

PETRONET LNG LIMITED Petronet LNG Limited (PLL) formed on April 2, 1998 as Joint Venture Company (JVC) having 50 percent shareholding of leading four Oil & Gas PSUs by GOI order dated July 4, 1997. An Independent Board managed JVC created for development of facilities for the import, storage and regasification of Liquefied Natural Gas. With equity participation from four Oil and Gas Maharatanas viz. Oil & Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC), Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL), GAIL (India) Limited (GAIL) and Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL). Participation of Public Sector to the extent of 50%, balance 50% equity is being held by Public, FIIs, FPIs, Mutual Funds etc. Its authorized Capital Rs. 3000 Crore and paid up capital Rs.1500 Crore.
