INSTITUTE FOR PLASMA RESEARCH This Institute comes under the purview of the Department of Atomic Energy (DAE). The orange and blue insignia of Institute for Plasma Research (IPR) has an abstract  motif of plasma generator created using its acronym. The colour orange denotes  energy, vitality, creativity, inspiration, joy and happiness and blue denotes serenity, calmness, trust, spirituality, wisdom, freedom, openness, intelligence and loyalty.
