PROCESS CUM PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT CENTRE, MEERUT The circular cyan colour seal of Process cum Product Development Centre (PPDC), Meerut has a square housing a circle placed inside a circle. The inner circle housed the letters ‘PPDC’. Overall, the emblem is designed as a mould and matrix to refer to the product development and production process.
