FOOD SAFETY TRAINING AND CERTIFICATION
FOOD SAFETY TRAINING AND CERTIFICATION Food Safety Training and Certification (FoSTaC) is a training and capacity building program initiative by FSSAI for training of food handlers on food safety and food safety special requirements, incorporating good hygiene practices and good manufacturing practices. The food safety basic, food safety advance course and food safety special course are in line with the schedule 4 requirement of FSSAI. The word mark logo of FoSTaC is written in uppercase and lowercase extra bold sans serif in blue colour, below which its name is written. This is supported by the strips of Indian tricolour.
