PANDIT LAKHMI CHAND STATE UNIVERSITY OF PERFORMING AND VISUAL ARTS The seal of Pandit Lakhmi Chand State University of Performing and Visual Arts (DLCSUPVA) has four squircles in cyan, magenta, green and orange superimposed by a white circle symbolising the forms of arts being pursued by the university. Below these its motto in Sanskrit ‘कला साधना परम् दैवतम्’ meaning ‘Practice of Arts is Supreme Divine’ is inscribed. These motifs are placed inside a bull eye formation to denote the focus of the university. It has a blue circular outline in which its and place are inscribed.
