ACCESSIBLE INDIA CAMPAIGN Accessible India Campaign (AIC) is a nationwide flagship campaign of the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities (DEPwD), Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment. The motive behind the campaign is to make a barrier-free and conducive environment for Divyangjans (Specially abled) all over the country. It was launched on December 3, 2015. The logo of this campaign depicts a person on a wheelchair and is designed with the theme of colours of the Indian National Flag.
