CHAROTAR UNIVERSITY OF SCIENCE & TECHNOLOGY
CHAROTAR UNIVERSITY OF SCIENCE & TECHNOLOGY Charotar University of Science and Technology (CHARUSAT) was conceived by Shri Charotar Moti Sattavis Patidar Kelavani Mandal and established in the year 2000. The institute was accorded the status of a university under Gujarat State Act No. 8 of 2009. The emblem of the university has a pictorial and a wordmark. The pictorial has the letter ‘C’ written stylistically holding an orange dot in its counter and it is supported by a pair of white swooshes on a blue quadrilateral. On its right its acronym is written in blue serif typeface and its name is written below that. The colour blue signifies serenity, calmness, trust, spirituality, calmness, wisdom, freedom, openness, intelligence and loyalty and the colour orange signifies energy, vitality, creativity, inspiration, joy and happiness.
