ELECTRONICS CORPORATION OF INDIA LIMITED Electronics Corporation of India Limited (ECIL) was founded by Dr. A.S. Rao, under the Department of Atomic Energy on April 11, 1967 with a view to generate strong indigenous capability in the field of professional grade electronics.
