MANIPUR RURAL BANK Manipur Rural Bank was established on May 28, 1981 as a joint undertaking of the Government of India, Government of Manipur and Punjab National Bank (Sponsor Bank) by contributing share capital at the ratio 50:15:35 respectively. The circular emblem of the bank in fresh green and tones of orange has a motif of a map of the State of Manipur. Inside the map there is a rising sun and landscape; a field of paddy and a woman working on a weaving loom. The map is ensconced in a green circular border, which carries the name of the bank and the place of its head office - Imphal. The border is outlined by yellow, orange and brown lines. Green denotes hope, freedom, agriculture, nature and fertility and orange denotes creativity, joy, energy, vitality, good luck and creativity. 

PRATHAMA UP GRAMIN BANK

PRATHAMA UP GRAMIN BANK Prathama U.P. Gramin Bank (PUPGB), sponsored by Punjab National Bank, came into existence by amalgamation of two RRBs namely Sarva UP Gramin bank Meerut, Prathama Gramin Bank Moradabad on February 22, 2019. The bank has its head office in Moradabad. The emblem of the bank has a motif of three leaf like designs in yellow inscribed with ‘P’, ‘UP’ and ‘B’ - the bank's acronym on the leaves. This is supported by a pair of crowns of wheat in yellow colour with their stem crossed. All these are supported by a green oval background. Its motto is written in Devanagari ‘ग्रामीण विकास हमारी प्रतिबद्धता’ on top and in English ‘Committed To Rural Development’ at the bottom of the red border surrounding the emblem separated by yellow dots. Green denotes hope, freedom, agriculture, nature and fertility and yellow denotes happiness, energy, vitality, focus and creativity. PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK

PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK Punjab National Bank (PNB), India’s first swadeshi bank, commenced its operations on April 12, 1895 from Lahore, with an authorised capital of INR 2 lakhs and working capital of INR 20,000. The bank was established by the spirit of nationalism and was the first bank purely managed by Indians with Indian capital. During the long history of the bank, nine banks have been merged or amalgamated with PNB. Its logo has a monogram and wordmark of its acronym in reddish brown and orangish yellow. The monogram using Devanagari ‘प’ in yellow with a circle representing a human being is placed in a brown squircle. The wordmark created using sans serif font with even stroke thickness and round corners in brown is placed in a yellow stadium. The colours are earthy, vibrant and strong, thereby establishing a strong bond with customers.
