DRUG ABUSE MONITORING SYSTEM The blue colour circular logo of Drug Abuse Monitoring System (DAMS) has a motif of four humans holding their hands forming a circle and holding the acronym ‘DAMS’. The name of the System circumscribes the motif. The motif refers to the protective treatment of beneficiaries and the colour blue signifies serenity, calmness, trust, spirituality, wisdom, freedom, openness, intelligence and loyalty.
