ANDHRA PRADESH POLLUTION CONTROL BOARD The circular blue colour emblem of Andhra Pradesh Pollution Control Board (APPCB) has a globe referring to earth with layers of atmosphere, water and the soil with ‘ఆంధ్ర ప్రదేశ్’ and ‘Andhra Pradesh’ written in between. The colour blue symbolises all the elements of nature, serenity, calmness, trust, spirituality, calmness, wisdom, freedom, openness, intelligence and loyalty.
