BAJAJ INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY ( BIT ) The blue circular emblem of Bajaj Institute of Technology (BIT) features a traditional lamp ensconced by a circular border inscribed with the name of the college's managing trust and its motto ‘आदानंहि विसगॅय’ in Devanagari and a banner placed below the seal the name of the college is inscribed. The lamp symbolises light, illumination, awakening, devotion, purity, guidance, protection, hope and prosperity.

BANGALORE INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY (BIT) The green colour emblem of Bangalore Institute of Technology (BIT) features a shield housing a pair of gear wheels supported on sides by a pair of laurels on sides; crested by a banner inscribed with the name of the college and supported by a banner inscribed with the tagline of the college ‘Technology for Prosperity’. The top gearwheel houses the image of a farmer and the bottom gearwheel features a factory, an electrical transmission line, a dam, and a satellite dish antenna. The shield denotes protection, courage, heritage, authority and bravery; the gear wheels denote interconnectedness, efficiency, precision, progress, advancement, synchronisation, timing, order and structure; the laurels are symbols of ceremonies, victory, achievement, hard work and dedication; and the other motifs refer to the subject disciplines of engineering.

The name of the college and its place are placed on the left. BANNARI AMMAN INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY The yellow ochre and blue colour emblem of Bannari Amman Institute of Technology (BIT) has its initials written in the form of a cube and placed inside the symbol of omega supported by an underline. The college’s motto ‘Stay Ahead’ is placed below the emblem. The cube symbolises stability; the omega means end or completion, signifying the institute's comprehensive approach to education or the culmination of learning experiences; the yellow ochre signifies earthiness, warmth, tradition, and connection to the land and blue signifies serenity, calmness, trust, spirituality, wisdom, freedom, openness, intelligence and loyalty.

BIRLA INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY The Birla Institute of Technology (BIT) was established in 1955 at Mesra by B. M. Birla. Its emblem in red and grey colours has the structure of an atom supported by an open yellow book ensconced in a gear wheel placed in a red circle with grey border line. The red circle bears the name of the institute in Devanagari and English along with its motto in Sanskrit ‘सा विद्या या विमुक्तये’ meaning ‘That which Liberates is Knowledge’ which forms part of a verse appearing in Vishnu-Purana (1.19.41). The atomic structure and the gear wheel represent the sciences and engineering fields of study respectively. The open book signifies knowledge and wisdom and the colour red passion, power, strength, courage, determination, energy and celebration and the colour grey signifies strength, longevity, unemotional, detached, balanced and impartial, power, influence, wisdom and intelligence.
