THE LNM INSTITUTE OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY The LNM Institute of Information Technology (LNMIIT) is known to be an institution of higher learning that celebrates merit, diversity and equality. It was founded in the late 2002 as a joint venture in the private-public-partnership mode as a collaboration between the Government of Rajasthan and the Lakshmi and Usha Mittal Foundation of the well-known industrialist and philanthropist Mr. Lakshmi Niwas Mittal. The logo has a word mark in blue and a pictorial in red colours. The word mark is the acronym of the name of the institute written in capitals with the two ‘I’s treated uniquely. The pictorial is a forward looking arrow made up using six solid red squares denoting digital and information technology. The arrow denotes growth, progress and success. Overall, the logo is simple, attractive and contemporary.
