(ACAB) has an abstract motif of mountains on a blue background ensconced by a yellow circular border inscribed with its name. The mountains represent the State of Assam and its geography; the colour yellow denotes happiness, energy, vitality, focus and creativity and the colour blue denotes serenity, calmness, trust, spirituality, wisdom, freedom, openness, intelligence and loyalty.
