DENTAL COUNCIL OF INDIA The service mark of Dental Council of India (DCI) has an elephant holding a pair of Staff of Hermes by its tusks, referring to medicine, medical practice and strong teeth. Its name is written at the bottom in Devanagari and English. All these are ensconced by red, white and black border lines in the shape of a leaf.
