CLUSTER UNIVERSITY OF JAMMU The greenish cyan and purple peacock forms the emblem of the Cluster University of Jammu (CUJ). There are five ocellus denoting the five schools of the university are shown a s hexagons with circular dots in their centre. The motto of the university ‘Unified Plurality’ is written below the motif. The peacock denotes grace, broadmindedness and free spirit; the swan symbolises the Goddess Saraswathi, the God of learning and wisdom; the six sided polygon symbolises harmony, balance and unity; the colour purple denotes peace and creativity and it encourages and uplifts, Inspires wisdom and enlightens and the colour greenish cyan or shamrock green symbolises rationality and cleanliness.

CAPITAL UNIVERSITY Capital University (CUJ) in Koderma, Jharkhand was established in 2018 by the Government of Jharkhand as per Section 2(f) of UGC Act 1956. The university's emblem features a torch with a flame atop an atomic structure, surmounted by the university's name and topped with a red five-pointed star. These elements are ensconced by a pair of yellow laurels. The torch is an emblem of enlightenment, hope, life, truth and the regenerative power; the atomic structure denotes science and science education; the laurels denote ceremonies, victory, achievement, hard work and dedication and the five pointed star represents harmony among all things in life, with its points providing insight into how we can strive towards achieving this goal.

CENTRAL UNIVERSITY OF JHARKHAND The Central University of Jharkhand came into being on March 1, 2009. The three colours of the logo have been chosen with reference to what the ancient Upanishads. Green stands for vitality and growth and greenery of the region; maroon and yellow ring symbolises existence and dynamism, simplicity and wisdom; golden yellow stands for knowledge, wisdom and prosperity; wheat crown represents the rich agriculture of Jharkhand and banyan tree represents learning, enlightenment and magnificence. The motto of the university in Sanskrit is ‘ज्ञानाद हि बुद्धि कौशलम्’ meaning ‘Knowledge to Wisdom’.

CENTRAL UNIVERSITY OF JAMMU The Central University of Jammu came into existence on August 08, 2011, with the appointment of the first Vice-Chancellor. It was established by the Central Universities Act, 2009 . The rising sun, the banyan tree and the infinite sky are some of the most significant constituents of nature, epitomising its essence and motivating mankind to embrace a productive way of life, to acquire knowledge and attain peace and happiness. The rising Sun in the backdrop of the banyan tree is emblematic of victory over darkness - the triumph of enlightenment over ignorance. The students shall abide in light, acquire knowledge and grow in wisdom. Banyan tree filters impurities to provide pure air, proliferation through its prop roots, the university intends to resonate wisdom and knowledge, leading to organised thought, discriminative faculty and self-discipline through contribution and participation of its alumni.
