REGIONAL AYURVEDA RESEARCH INSTITUTE,  JAMMU The seal of Regional Ayurveda Research Institute,  Jammu (RARI-J) has the motifs of a building supporting a red lotus crested by a glowing flame in a background of mountains and trees placed in a yellow circle with black outline. The circle is supported by a pair of green laurels on sides and a banner at the bottom. The banner is inscribed with its name in Devanagari and black. The lotus refers to purity, enlightenment, rebirth, transformation, personal growth, resilience, overcoming obstacles and divine beauty; the flame refers to enlightenment, hope, life, truth and the regenerative power; the mountains refer to the Himalayan Range and the laurels refer to perfect harmony among all things in life, with its points providing insight into how we can strive towards achieving this goal.
