INDIAN COUNCIL FOR CULTURAL RELATIONS The circular emblem of Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR) has a traditional lamp placed in a circle, which has jaffri patterns from Indian architecture. Its initials ‘ICCR’ is placed at the bottom of the circle. The lamp symbolises light, illumination, awakening, devotion, purity, guidance, protection, hope and prosperity.
