SANMITRA MAHILA NAGARI SAHAKARI BANK LTD. (SANMITRA BANK) The circular seal of Sanmitra Mahila Nagari Sahakari Bank Ltd. (Sanmitra Bank) has a motif of Goddess Lakshmi standing on red lotus on a waterbody with a rising sun crested by ‘ॐ’ and placed in circle with orange outline and ensconced by a yellow circular border with orange outline inscribed with its name and motto in Sanskrit ‘श्रीर्मा देविर्जुषताम्’ (Sloka 3, Shri Lakshmi Suktam) meaning ‘May the Goddess Lakshmi Be Pleased’. The motif of Goddess Lakshmi represents wealth, prosperity and good fortune; the lotus refers to purity, enlightenment and rebirth; the rays of sun refer to denote knowledge, enlightenment and the dispelling of darkness; the water refers to life, fluidity and the ever-changing nature of time and fortune; the ‘ॐ’ is the sacred syllable, which represents the representing the essence of the ultimate reality, consciousness or Atman and the two swastikas refer to well-being, good luck and protection.

SANMITRA SAHAKARI BANK (SANMITRA BANK) The blue circular seal of Sanmitra Sahakari Bank (Sanmitra Bank) has a motif of a pair of hands shaking ensconced by a pair of laurels and crested by a star placed in a circle. The circle has a border on which the bank’s name and place are inscribed. The shaking hands refer to cooperation, unity, strength, togetherness and support; the laurels refer to ceremonies, victory, achievement, hard work and dedication and the star refers to harmony among all things in life, with its points providing insight into how we can strive towards achieving this goal.
