(DNDCC Bank) features a red circular motif of mountains and river with clouds and sun circumscribed by its name in blue Devanagari and supported by a banner inscribed with its motto in Devanagari. The motifs refer to the locale and its geography. The colour red symbolises passion, power, strength, courage, determination, energy and celebration.

DHULE & NANDURBAR DISTRICT CENTRAL CO-OPERATIVE BANK LTD. (DNDCC BANK) The emblem of Dhule & Nandurbar District Central Co-operative Bank Ltd. (DNDCC Bank) has a cotton boll supported by a mountain range with a river flowing, a rising sun in the background; a sugarcane culm and ear of corn on the sides ensconced by a circular border inscribed with its name. At the bottom, on a banner, its motto in Sanskrit ‘सत् फलाय  सहकारिता ’ meaning ‘Cooperation for Goodness and Prosperity’ is inscribed.’ The mountains and the river represent the geography of the location of the bank; the sun refers to life, energy, power, positivity, illumination, light and clarity; the cotton boll, the sugarcane and the corn refer to major domains of financing by the bank.
