NOIDA METRO RAIL CORPORATION LIMITED Noida Metro Rail Corporation Limited (NMRC) is a company incorporated under the provisions of the Companies Act 2013, having its registered office at in Noida. NMRC is a Joint Venture Company of Government of India and Government of Uttar Pradesh established for the purpose of planning, building and establishing of mass transit and other urban transport and people mover systems of all types and disciplines. Its emblem has ‘N’ in green colour, treated as track and as arrows pointing two opposing directions symbolising environmental friendliness, transport and rails.
