NATIONAL INSTITUTE FOR THE EMPOWERMENT OF PERSONS WITH INTELLECTUAL DISABILITIES The cyan and grey pictorial  makes the emblem of National Institute for the Empowerment of Persons with Intellectual Disabilities (NIEPID). It has a human head supported by a pair of swooshes at the right bottom looking a flower bud. The grey head refers to mind, intellect and thoughts and the cyan swooshes denotes cool, calm and benevolent support.
