NATIONAL CRITICAL INFORMATION INFRASTRUCTURE PROTECTION CENTRE National Critical Information Infrastructure Protection Centre (NCIIPC) is an organisation of the Government of India created under Sec 70A of the Information Technology Act, 2000 (amended 2008), through a gazette notification on January 16, 2014 based in New Delhi, India. Its yellow and blue emblem has globe with a map of India written over by its acronym. This is topped by the National Emblem and supported by a banner which has its motto in Sanskrit ‘सम्पूर्ण सुरक्षा’ meaning ‘Complete Security’. All these are ensconced by a circular border in blue, which bears its name.
